Bathroom is basically yours, it will be used by visitors if any (I have my own bathroom and toilet). your bedroom has water views over the Manukau harbour. Takeaway and dairy 300 meters walk. Property on waterfront, nice and quiet. Room is not big but has a queen bed, night stand, small desk and a build in wardrobe with sea views. And like i said you can have the study aswell. which could be your (Man) cave/hobby room. Good spot to live if working in South Auckland/Airport/manukau/Papakura

Me, home owner 50+ Female non-smoker, meat eater, no pets. And (temporarily till they buy a house in the near future) a couple with a cat downstairs with their own kitchenette and bathroom. I like a drink at sunset, into the arts, member of a wine club. Happy to share a meal or two.
