Room with a built-in wardrobe available in our home, just steps away from Anderson Park. weekly contribution is $240pw, covering reasonable use of power, gas, unlimited fibre internet, and cleaning products for the kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom shared with just one other person, and house and garden chores are shared. Double-size bed included. This is a quiet, clean, and tidy home. The ideal boarder is responsible with payments and chores, respectful of others, easy-going, independent working full-time, staying long-term. Not suitable for couples.

Currently just the home owner lives in the house looking for 2 boarders. I’m a male civil engineer, friendly, quiet, respectful, easy-going, busy, social when time allows.
