Large property very close to city center, just off SH1 close to tech in Riversdale. There are two gardens for our use, as well as many trees with different types of fruit. The landlord has arranged for the grass to be cut & he works on the the trees. There are two rooms for rent , both are furnished with a bed, drawers, wardrobe.

I am the only roomie I have two cats called Harley & New Cat. I am in my late 50s but don’t let the age fool you as I’m young at heart. I’m looking for people who are working, respectful to myself & the property. The second room is smaller so is a different price.
