NB this room is available from the 23rd October (long or short term) It is on the ground floor facing east. There are separate lounges on both floors, both with a large-screen TV and heat-pump. Ample off-street parking for 6-7 cars, and there are three bicycles for Roomies’ use. The house is on a rear section, so is quiet, private and secure. It is handy to the CBD, shopping mall, eateries, bus stop, and there are dedicated cycle lanes along the street. Furniture can be changed around or swapped or added to.
