About the room

NB this room is available from the 6th July (long or short term) It is on the ground floor facing east. Separate lounges on both floors, both with large-screen TV and heat-pump. Ample off-street parking for 6-7 cars, and there are three bicycles for Roomies’ use. The house is on a rear section, so is quiet, private and secure. It is handy to the CBD, shopping mall, eateries, bus stop, and there are dedicated cycle lanes along the street. (The double bed could be swopped for a single to give more room for a desk etc)
