About the room

The available room is a single, with built-in wardrobe, plus chest of drawers and a desk & chair. It faces west so gets good afternoon sun. The house is on a rear section, so is private, quiet and secure, and with ample room to park six cars off the street. (Currently only three with cars) There are two lounges and two bathrooms, one of each on each floor. There is a lock-up shed for housemates’ use, and three bicycles also available for Roomies’ use free of charge.

All from overseas, vacant room + 3 guys & 3 girls aged 21-32 years, either senior students, or fully employed, get on well together, live healthy lifestyle, and have a good roster for cleaning.
