About the room

We are looking for a nice, respectable and reliable boarder to join our family home. This 2021 new build house has a single room and double room available - fully furnished.

The double room comes with a ranch slider and double wardrobe. The single room comes with a portable storage area.

The rooms also come with a separate private bathroom and small kitchen facility equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, mini freezer and gas cooker.

About the roomies

The house is owned by a kind, middle aged couple named Jaswant and Tarsem - they live on site. Jaswant is working full time and Tarsem is working on a casual basis. They are very approachable but also keep to themselves. They have 3 adult children who have moved out but still live locally.
