About the room

The room is a double (with double bed) on the second floor facing west. It has a built-in wardrobe and bedside drawers. There are only 3 bedrooms upstairs with separate bathroom/toilet, and a lounge with a large-screen TV and heat-pump on each floor. There is ample off-street parking for 7 cars; also a lock-up shed for housemates’ sole use, including 3 bicycles for tenants’ use. The home is double glazed and fully insulated, and being on a rear section is quiet and private.
