About the room
The room is a double (with double bed) on the second floor facing east. It has a built-in wardrobe and bedside drawers. There are two other bedrooms upstairs (occupied by females) with a shared bathroom/toilet. There are separate lounges each with large-screen TV and heat-pump on both floors. Additional bedrooms on the ground floor share a second bathroom and toilet. There is ample off-street parking for 7 cars; also a lock-up shed for housemates’ sole use, including 3 bicycles for tenants’ use. The home is double glazed and fully insulated, and being on a rear section is quiet and private.
About the roomies
six other Roomies from around the globe all in the 22-33 year age bracket; 3 girls, 4 guys; They get on well together, have a written ‘chore duty’, & share outdoor/indoor activities. A female is preferred for the vacant room, just to keep a balanced ‘family’
