$200 plus exp, large enough for a double bed, desk and other worldly possessions and still has space to move. Gets lovely early to mid-afternoon sunlight.

Bond is $426 2 weeks rent paid in advance Landlord is incredible, super responsive!

House has a small backyard that goes straight into the botanical garden. short walk into town but also wake up to birdsong every morning.

2-minute walk to Vic uni and right next to the cable car stop.
