Property has a full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, utensils, pots and pans. Has a washing machine for shared use. There is a balcony with an amazing view of the sunset. Lots of amenities close by. Including drs, pharmacy different restaurants and takeaways, dry cleaners dairy, on the bottom floor. Nearby is Botany junction, Ormiston Shopping centre and Barry Curtis Park.
The area is very quiet, hardly hear the neighbour’s at all. A really nice place to live.
There is also off street parking available.
