About the room

New build home with double glazing in a great location. Home is fully furnished, warm, dry and comfortable, with a fully fenced back section.

Standard sized room with double wardrobe is furnished with a queen sized bed and draws.

Bathroom is pissibly shared with 1 other person which includes shower, sink, toilet and bath in one room.

Tirau is a beautiful little town with lots of cafe’s, bakery and shops and we have the famous dog and sheep. We have a great domain for walks, and we are central to most districts…10mins to Putaruru and the Blue Springs, 15mins to Matamata, 20mins to Cambridge, 35mins to Tauriko Tauranga, 40mins to Hamilton or Rotorua, 45mins to Mount Maunganui, 1hr 7mins to Taupo, and close to lots of walking tracks.

We are a friendly, independant household, who work full-time but enjoy a chat and catchup at times. The $260.00 p/week includes room furnished or unfurnished, water, power, gas, internet.

About the roomies

Happy to share this easy going home with somene who is clean and tidy preferrably working full time and is independant. Must love animals, we have a dog and 2 cats.
