Cute villa on the flat in central Kilbirnie. It’s a quiet side street within walking distance of most things you need - 2 blocks to 2x supermarkets and Kilbirnie high street (banks, chemist, green grocer, cafes etc) and a 5min drive to the airport retail centre for all big box shops (Briscoes, Warehouse, Bunnings etc). Not to mention both Evans Bay and Lyall bay beaches with their good cafe/bar scenes (especially Lyall Bay). Kilbirnie has awesome bus connectivity to the CBD and Newtown with #2, #3, #4, #14, #18, #24 + airport express all passing through, and there is always space to park on the street outside the house. The house is sunny, dry and warm with a big kitchen/dining and separate lounge. A deck off the kitchen gets amazing afternoon sun, looking over a large private garden.
About the roomies
Two roomies - one female, Anna, early 40s, creative, and one male, George, 13 week kitten, likes running. We are keen to share house with a couple who likes cats and sharing occasional movies and meals. House and room is fully furnished with a full kitchen setup and sheets/towels as needed. Utilities charges are once a month based on electricity and gas usage.
