About the house There are two bedrooms, a bathroom, huge lounge and kitchen dining upstairs. Downstairs is two bedrooms and a bathroom with laundry. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer that is half yours. This is for the two upstairs rooms. The two rooms downstairs have half each of the fridge downstairs.
Walk down the road to the train at the Tawa station, just past the shops. Supermarket and cafes plus many other shops in this shopping Centre. Take the train to Wellington within 15 mins or to Porirua etc in about the same time or less. Looking for a one years lease ideally. Ask for a video! Then a viewing if all above suits you.
About the roomies
At present there are two females and one male. Great flatmates who are considerate and tidy. This is what I am looking for in the next tenant.
