Kia ora, our flat called The Palace is looking for new humans to join us!

It’s a large, character-filled house in the beautiful Oriental Bay. There’s plenty of space and amazing views, with multiple common areas including art room, jam/band room and lounge. It’s a great vibe for anyone who enjoys music, art, or just having a cozy home base + easy access up to the lovely Mt Vic trails, there is parking available and a short walk to the city. We have a back garden with space for green thumb activities as well.

We host events, gigs ,art sessions from time to time, shared meals and movie nights or just hangs. There are busy activity periods but also lots of down time and quiet. Everyone is mindful and respectful of everyone’s needs and space.

Essentials for people living here are: LGBTQ and Nero Spicy friendly, clean and tidy and able to keep up with house chores and communication around flat activities.

It’s a large, character-filled house with a total of 10 people once full - a mix of artists/musicians, professionals, travelers and easygoing folk between 21 and 38 years old.

There is also two cats and four chickens.
