About the room

If you are keen to live in one of those rare Wellington houses that is not on top of a hill, then I have just the room for you…

$290 for a furnished room. $380pw for a couple. Bills are included. Bond is $870 (3 weeks rent).

The house is super conveniently located in Mount Victoria, on the cusp of the city centre, pretty close to some major bus routes, supermarkets, and within 60sec of good cafes/good coffee. The room doesn’t get a whole lot of natural light during the Winter months, but it has its own tiny balcony to make up for it.

About the roomies

Current flatmates are a librarian, a cafe worker, and data analyst. You’ll share a bathroom with only one other person.

Ideally looking for someone to join us medium term (around 6-12 months) but if you want to stick around longer, then anything is possible.
