About the room

200/week includes power and internet.

I have a room available at my house on a quiet street. 15mintues to the beach, central city and airport (by car) A small vegetable garden along with a lemon tree that never stops with the lemons.

Parks, shops and bus stops are just a short walk. Northlands mall and Pak n Save just a few minutes drive.

The room gets the afternoon sun. Comes with a double bed with storage under it, Wardrobe and a bedside table.

Shared kitchen and bathroom best suited for WHV, Studying or in employment. Short to long term available.

About the roomies

There’s currently two of us. Both full time working and shift work. When the days allow could be a shared meal. Beau the cat - friendly and needy Help your self to the vegetable garden and as many lemons as you like
