Modern 4 bedroom pet friendly home, easy access to main bus routes to Tauriko Crossing and Tauranga CBD

Double room available in a quiet corner of the house away the main living areas.

Room can be furnished if needed

You would have primary use of the main bathroom and separate toilet. My son and I use the ensuite in my room

Total move-in cost is two weeks rent as bond plus first week rent in advance.

Couples are welcome but rent would increase to an agreed amount and the move in cost adjusted to suite

House will be shared with my self, 37yr old male my 11yr old son who I share 50/50 care of and is with me 2 or 5 nights each week depending week.

We’re a very chilled bunch, enjoy getting out and about, being active and socialising but also enjoy a quiet day at home watching movies or playing games.
