Two-bedroom, stand-alone house on quiet cul-de-sac. Walking distance to bus stops. Small front lawn, spacious back deck. Happy to share meals and have chat, and also happy to be left alone. Supermarket short 5 min drive. One spare off street Carpark. Full kitchen with dishwasher, and separate room for washing machine and dryer. Has a heat pump. Has stairs to front sliding door and stairs to back door, not wheelchair accessible. The house is inspected every three months by property manager.
