Beautiful two storey villa located within walking distance of Napier CBD.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom upstairs is mine, the other is a spare room, and the downstairs bedroom is the one available for rent.

You would have your own bathroom downstairs, however this is the main bathroom so would also be used by visitors.

Sunny backyard that gets all day sun, perfect for summer.

The house is fully furnished, you would just need to furnish your own room.

Living with a 30 year old female (homeowner) and her friendly 7 year old Labrador.

Open to couples and shorter stays
