• Two furnished living areas + fully equipped kitchen with new flooring and carpet

• Onsite parking

• Great location – close to Rolleston Square, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, pool, schools, and Foster Park (all within 2 mins drive or walking distance)

The room:

• Semi-furnished (professionally cleaned queen bed with medium-firm mattress + new mattress protectors and set of drawers)

• $220 per week (excluding internet & power – shared evenly at end of the month)

• Freshly painted room and new carpet.

• Bathroom shared with one other flatmate

• Looking for a house-proud flatmate who respects the space

• Sorry, no couples, smokers or pets
