-Good size room and closet, furnished with a queen bed. Linen provided. -2x Toilets -Shower with good pressure. -Hot water is gas so no running out. -High speed fibre Internet and wifi. -Fully fenced section with off street parking under a car port. -Have spare fridge/freezer if needed. -+$10 p/w for heating over winter (from now until September-ish)

Would suit a mature person looking for a chill place that cleans up after themselves and pays bills on time. Short term stays welcome.

About the roomies

Living with the home owner and his partner, both mid 30s plus a (young)dog. We are active, quiet people. We snowboard and bike and play board games etc.
