Looking for someone to take over my room! The flat is in a beautiful, quiet spot right in the heart of the city—just a 10-minute walk to Willis Street and 15 minutes to Cuba Street, and close to a lot of bus stops!
About the flat:
• You’ll be living with 4 lovely students (ages 19–20). • The bathroom is split into 3 separate rooms, so multiple people can use it at once—super convenient. • Fully equipped with a dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, air conditioner, and great insulation (never cold inside!). • Bonus: free power every weekday from 9pm–12am.
About the room:
• Cozy and bright, with a large window + blinds (great for blackout darkness or plenty of natural light). • Comes furnished with a closet and bedside table. (a single bed is possible)
WiFi + power are not included, usually around $60–$80 per month! (getting into the 50’s now since it’s spring!)

everyone is a student at victoria university, super nice friendly people and a pleasure to live with! we do flat dinner nights to save money where one person cooks for that night! its usually $1-$3! good money saver ^_^
