Sunny double room near Auckland Airport available in a modern 3-bedroom corner townhouse in Mangere Bridge – full of natural light. Semi-furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, blackout blinds, and rent includes power, water, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The house has a modern kitchen, shared bathroom plus an extra toilet, washing machine, backyard, and plenty of on-street parking. Opposite Mangere Mountain Reserve, short walk to cafés and shops, 1–2 minutes to SH20 and 10 minutes to the airport.

You’ll be living with a working couple who enjoy a relaxed, tidy home and occasional shared dinners. We have two very friendly dogs (a small bichon/shih tzu mix and a big fluffy chow chow). We’re easy-going, respectful, and like a peaceful environment – not a party flat, but warm and welcoming.
