The Terrace House is part of the luxury Belgable complex renowned for its beautiful distinctive architecture and one of only seven houses and you don’t normally get an opportunity to live in these buildings (since it’s rare they’re up for rent, let alone just a room).
Close to spark arena, countdown, shops and fast food/restaurant.
Parnell is an amazing suburb to live in and this house in particular is close to central city and Britomart station (where you can travel to all parts of Auckland easily North, South, West, East).
You’ll be sharing the house with 3 girls, all professionals in their late 20s/early 30s. We’re clean, tidy, and always down for a drink or a flat dinner, but also very respectful of each other’s privacy!
