Full access to the shared living spaces: a large lounge with fireplace, second lounge/sitting area, dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, a laundry room with a washing machine and a large deck/veranda with expansive views of the bay. Aswell as having your own off-street carport, there is space under the house to store items. The house is set in a spacious garden with established trees, set back from the road with it’s own private driveway, offering great privacy and a peaceful atmosphere (with a garden shed under the house) and clothes line outside.
