About the room

Private room with full ensuite and meal prep area. Your own external access to the room and beautiful outlook to native flora from your bedroom ranch slider.

The room has a new kitchenette. There is space for you to bring your own microwave and full height fridge. We will provide a bench top oven and bench top elements. For technical reasons we couldn’t install a sink in the kitchenette. However, we’ve installed a kitchen sink for your sole use in the shared laundry area near the room.

The laundry is a short walk outside with external access for washing.

Heatpump so you can control the temp of your room.

New toilet and shower head in ensuite.

You will have an off street car park in the driveway.

The room is unfurnished. I have included a picture of a queen bed in the room so you can see the space.

Very nice and safe area. Short walk to the Te Awa River trail.

About the roomies

We’re a family of four. We’re in our late 30s and have two girls aged 5 and 3. We’re friendly and enjoy a chat. With our current family dynamic we’re seeking a flatmate who is happy to do their own thing and live pretty much fully self-contained.
