Massey University is just around the corner, and Courtenay Place is a 10-minute walk away. There’s a bus stop one minute from the house, with buses that take you straight to Victoria University and Wellington Station in about 10 minutes. The property is always kept clean and tidy, has a warm and welcoming feel, and even offers car parking if needed — a rare find this close to the city. The room itself is spacious, with a comfortable queen-sized bed already provided and a large built-in wardrobe for plenty of storage. You’ll be sharing with two Kiwi girls in their 20s who work part-time. They’re friendly, easy-going, and always up for a chat but also respect each other’s privacy. A French flatmate is also here until the beginning of October, after which the room will be available.
