I own my property so no need to worry about having to move. In a lovely area in town, close to schools and nearby dairys with town only a 5 minute drive away. Private spa area so you can relax and enjoy a early morning or late night spa. I am a mum of 2 girls, I am very house proud, clean and tidy. I can provide cooked meals at dinner times and I don’t mind doing laundry. You will have a blank canvas room so you will need your own bed, bedding and drawers.

Your price covers, power, wifi, on site parking, use of washing machine and cooking utensils and everything else that comes within a home. I live by the motto my house your house, respect the place how you would like yours to be respected.

I am a solo mum, with 2 daughters aged 12 and 3. Oldest at intermediate and youngest at kohanga. They are with me full time. I however am clean and tidy and very house proud. I ask that my roomie is respectful towards myself and my children and that you are clean and tidy also.
