Hey there, so up for grab’s is a decent sized single bedroom that is furnished with a king single bed, built in closet and a chest of draws. It is roughly 2.7 x 2.3 mtrs. The house is fully fitted out so all ready to move in. It has an awesome outdoor deck area for relaxing in the sun. We have a stocked kitchen with all mod cons. There is a shared bathroom that is always kept clean. The main house has 4 bedrooms and we have a Granny flat out back so 4 other flatmates already here. We are only a 2 min walk to the awesome Ellerslie township with Trains and Buses a 2 min walk from the house.

We are 4 flat mates here already where 1 stays in the granny flat out back so only 3 others in the main house. Ages range from mid 20’s to 40’s. All working professionals with jobs ranging from Logistics Manager, Boat builder, Engineer and Glazier. We are all clean, friendly and social but also respect each other’s privacy.
