SHORT TERM RENTAL My room will be available from 11 December until end of February (20th flexible) in my brand-new 2-bedroom townhouse.

The room is furnished, with a queen bed and bed side table . The room includes a large built-in wardrobe.

The house is quiet, tidy, and well looked after. Common areas will.be share with 1 flatmate (male 35+). cleaning: Each person is responsible for their room and share spaces are clean as per schedule.

House features:

• 1.5 bathrooms (shared) - 1 bathroom upstairs with shower and bath + toilet downstairs
• Spacious open-plan living and dining area
• Modern kitchen with all appliances
• Small outdoor

Location highlights:

• Family-oriented neighbourhood – very safe and peaceful
• Easy motorway access
• 10 mins to Westgate, Hobsonville, or Kumeu
• 20 mins to Albany
• 20 min to CBD

It’s best to have your own car to enjoy the location fully. Buses are available, but services are not very frequent.

For individuals: The room costs $250 a week + $35 for expenses which includes fiber unlimited internet, reasonable use of power and water, current subscriptions to streeming apps.

For couples: The room costs week $350 + $45 for expenses which includes fiber unlimited internet, reasonable use of power and water, current subscriptions to streeming apps.

Note if you WFH expenses will increase by $5

You’ll be sharing the house with a guy from England, who has been in NZ for 8 years. He is on his late 30’s and works full-time, so he is our most of the day during the week.
