This cabin is a stand alone cabin with its own shower, chemical toilet,sink,small fridge,fold down table, it has a raised sleeping platform big enough for a double sized mattress with storage underneath,we all share the laundry area inside of the main house
This is a stand alone self contained cabin set up on a hill with great views in Sunnyvale . We are around a 10 min walk away from the Sunnyvale train station .
The cabin has a small shower box with chemical toilet, there is a raised platform for sleeping, currently has a small matters but will take a double size. there is a fold down table and one chair, a small kitchen sink and cupboard, with a small gas cooker, there is a Tevo heater with 4 settings Rent is $250.00 per week inc wifi power and water there is a gas water heater the gas you will have pay for yourself or i can arrange the bottle to be refilled when required . Parking is very limited so best to park on the road . We are looking for a working professional person non smoker preferred, pets are ok ( cat ? no dogs
