It is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the city, with driveway and off-street parking. It is close to several shopping centres, and the Waikato Expressway.

The bedroom that’s available has a heater and fan, and private toilet located just next to the room.

I am looking for a mid-20 to mid-30 year old, who is respectful, honest, clean and tidy, and pays rent on time.

Additional costs will include a bond equivalent to four weeks rent, as well as costs for power, gas, and internet (around $90 to $120 a month per person).
