One furnished bedroom available in a tidy, comfortable home on Hospital Hill. The room includes a queen bed, set of drawers and heat pump.

The room is available on a short-term basis, approximately 4–8 weeks, but there is flexibility to stay longer depending on circumstances, so happy to discuss what you’re looking for.

Shared kitchen, lounge, bathroom and toilet.

Located on Hospital Hill with beautiful views over Napier City, from Cape Kidnappers through to Te Mata Peak.

Weekdays are generally fairly low-key, with an early start, exercise and an 8–5 job. During the week I don’t mind a casual drink and weekends are for unwinding and enjoying myself, but I’m not looking for a rowdy household.
