It’s a medium sized room with a large window, it has a built in closet which is great for extra storage and hanging clothes, the room itself does come unfurnished.
We have two toilets one shower and a cute outside area which is great for summer!
Bills not included but come to roughly 60-80 per month which includes power, wifi, washing machine and dryer rental
