• It’s a warm house (well-insulated with a heatpump)

• Safe neighborhood, friendly vibe, and very quiet.

• A bright lounge/living room and kitchen area with beautiful views

• Heat pump and insulation (warm and dry year-round)

• Shared bathroom

• plus a separate second toilet

• 2 bedrooms to choose from with stunning views over the harbour and city (Room can come furnished or unfurnished, picture as example)

• Laundry/scullery, plenty of storage

•Huge backyard lawn and garden (perfect for relaxing!) and also the possibility to grow vegetables

• Under-house storage/workshop area

Transport: — There’s a bus stop just a 3-minute walk away, served by Route 33, which runs regularly to and from the city—great for commuting, studying, or errands without needing a car.

Rent & Bills: — Rent is $275 per week, with shared utilities (internet and electricity split evenly per month)

The house will be home to just two people – you and me – and my two dogs, so someone comfortable around dogs is a must.
