Furnished bedroom for rent in Glenholme from July 5th onwards. Inclusive of wifi, heating and garden maintenance. Power is split each month (typically $60-$80 for the house as we are on geothermal heating).

The house is sunny, spacious, quiet and tucked behind a gorgeous garden. There is a wet room in the entrance for bikes, two shared bathrooms (one bath), two off-street parks. The property is full fenced with security cameras for added peace of mind. The house is on geothermal heating with radiator heaters in each room, super cosy over winter.

The room is located at the back of the house, it’s quiet with morning sun. It is furnished with a standing wardrobe and queen bed.

The garden is there for you to enjoy with our wonderful gardener visiting every 1-2 weeks to maintain it.

It is a 10 minute bike ride to the Redwoods mountain bike park and hospital, and a 10 minute walk to supermarket. There are multiple public transport options nearby.

We’re looking for someone who will care for the space as if it is their own and is looking for somewhere long term. Full time working or studying is a must. Singles only.

We (the owners) live in Melbourne and are renting the house out room by room. The current tenants are a solicitor and doctor, male and female and both in their mid- late twenties. We will be doing initial interviews before connecting you with the current tenants for viewings.
