About the room

An amazing house in Porirua located within a 1 minute walk to local shops and a 15 minute walk to Porirua Railway Station and North City Shopping Centre. We have a room available 17th October and are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful person to fill it. The room is furnished with a queen bed, and has a large single wardrobe. You’ll have your own separate bathroom (main bathroom). Weekly rent of $275 covers rent, power, contents insurance and basic internet (not suitable for gamers who require high-speed internet).
