It is quiet, and peaceful. Up a back section. Great garden. Outdoor furniture. Close to shops, bars & restaurants within 5 minutes by car. A 5 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to Lincoln University.
About the roomies
It is just me 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time I have my daughter who 7 years oId have a cleaner for the home. I am a pretty relaxed person so if you are similar that would be good. Because of my daughter I do prefer a female.
