Hello there!

We are looking for a mature clean/tidy, respectful and responsible flatmate in Central Howick.

The house is a 3 level townhouse with two existing flatmates.

The room is on the 1st level, has its own ensuite bathroom with toilet, and kitchenette.  

Two existing male flatmates, one is the homeowner.

Located in Central Howick, 5 minutes walk from Howick village. Close to all amenities and bus stop, supermarkets, Parking available on the road.

Looking for someone mature,  respectful, clean and tidy. Sorry no couples/pets/smokers.

$300 per week, includes wifi, reasonable use of power and water.

Two weeks bond, first week rent on move in.
