Our flatmate is moving back to his home country, and we a large, fully furnished bedroom is now available in Havelock North.
The room has two built-in wardrobes and is located downstairs in a 5-bedroom split-level house with 2 bathrooms. Rent: $240 per week for single, including gas and internet (couples are considered) Power to be split equally each month. You’ll be sharing with 2 males and 1 female in their early 30s.
Furnishings include queen bed chest of drawers 2 bedside tables desk and chair Or dresser and drawers (or both)
The room can be unfurnished if needed. Ideal flatmate: someone in their 20s–30s, full-time working and easygoing.
You’ll be sharing the house with a couple and 1 male flatmate. We are all in our late 20s/ early 30s.
We are all working full time so we respect quiet living space during the week. We’re looking for a full time working, tidy, easygoing, non smoking flatmate who pays rent on time and treats the house like home. Preferably someone between the 20 to 40 age range.
We also have an indoor cat.
