About the room
The apartment complex is safe and secure. The complex can only be access by the residents, and more importantly, the unit is accessible only by the people who reside in the unit. It is close to the UoA, AuT, and other schools on Queen St. There are restaurants outside the apartment complex and a convenience stores that can be access via the green gate, and also, on the main gate in Liverpool St. The apartment is fourteen minutes to Victoria Woolworths, Sky Tower, 16 minutes to New World Metro, 21 minutes to Britomart, Quay, etc.
The room is fully furnished with a queen size bed. It has a great deal of natural lights flowing from a big and a medium size windows. The medium size window faces the balcony. It has a large built-in wardrobe with an inside two standing cabinets to accommodate the occupant’s stuff, few hangers, and study table.
The rent is inclusive of all bills(reasonable usage applies to the use of electricity), electricity, water and unlimited internet. I also provide cookware, plates, cup, except cutlery. Further, I urge, ask for potential incoming boarder to observe this: CLEAN as you go.
Please note that the bond is two weeks, which is $460, refundable, plus one week in advance.

As a general rule, visitors are welcome; however, sleepovers are not permitted.
