About the room

Double story apartment. Guest bedroom is downstairs, bathroom is semi-private as it’s only very occasionally used by visitors. Easy access to the CBD, close to buses and walking distance from the hospital.

About the roomies

Family - semi-retired couple and adult son plus a young Cavoodle puppy. Used to having guests, have had boarders and helpX visitors for many years. Looking for a short to medium term roomie. Non-smokers only.

The room has a Queen-sized bed. So suitable for couples as well as singles. Couple price is an extra $80 so $320 per week.
