Cat friendly for a well behaved kitty - other pets welcome, however not suitable for dogs as not fully fenced.

lounge/kitchen/bathroom shared - I am out and about a lot, so you will often have the flat to yourself!

I do a basic clean of the house weekly, so aside from your room and tidying up after yourself like dishes etc the majority of communal cleaning will be done! occasionally though i may ask for help or for bins to be taken out!

Unlimited basic speed wifi

Privately owned, so no property agencies or managers to deal with! no inspections needed, and when you are ready to move on you can just give me 4 weeks notice in writing, so you aren’t locked in for a certain period.

Currently just myself living here! Looking for someone to fill the spare room. Aside from my boyfriend and the odd friend visiting, I don’t throw parties etc. But love the odd wine and cheese night with the girls! I am a maximalist with my decor but do my best to keep things tidy and clean!
