2 spare rooms for people in there 20s. the end room is the smallest and heats up when it’s a blue sky day the other room doesn’t get that hot there is a temporary bed that can be used until you find a better one and this house has a heat pump and a fireplace and a heat transfer kit takes air from the lounge and goes into two rooms and there is a BBQ and a pizza oven outside and a little outdoor fireplace. the only bill will be half the power.
