This is a lovely property in Ohoka with off street parking and only 10minutes from Rangiora or Kaiapoi with plenty of space to spill out in, in the property. The room is 6x5meters in size and fully insulated and lockable.

About the roomies

You would be sharing a Lovely kitchen and toilet area and lounge, With a delightful flatmate lady. The property is very large with a large house that the Owners live in and we enjoy inter-reaction with tenants at the big house . It is in a lovely country setting, close to the famous Ohoka Market and very peaceful. My Wife and I are in our later years and are very friendly. We also have a boarder in the main house who is a lot of fun.
