One furnished double room available in a single story house in the quiet suburb of Broadmeadows. Room has a double wardrobe, double bed, bedside table and small drawers. House is a super sunny and warm double glazed house with heat pump heating, stunning views out over Johnsonville and out into the harbour. Nice walks up to Mt Kaukau and the skyline track accessible nearby. On street parking available and 5-10 minute drive to the train station for a nice commute into central wellington. Open to short term leases :)

Will be living with one friendly female (owner) in my early 30s who works at the hospital + a 8 month old kitten Luna who has lots of energy and loves cuddles. Enjoys walking the tracks in my quiet time and enjoy a board game evening and movie night but also some quiet time!
