Quiet, tidy professional in their 30’s wanted asap to join our New York style rooftop apartment in downtown Auckland central.
The room comes with an ensuite and your very own large personal deck space as well as access to an office / study area, communal open plan lounge / kitchen and a pool table and outdoor lounge area to entertain guests
Located on Sale St right next door to the Victoria Park Markets and just up from the Cityworks Depot you have access to so many amazing amenities bars, restaurants, gyms and public transport within literally a minutes walk from each other and just a short stroll over the hill to Queen St.
We’re a pretty diverse bunch of professionals who all keep different working hours so we’re not a party flat or people who play loud music after hours so a quiet atmosphere after hours is ideal. In saying that please feel free to have guests visit and socialise from time to time.
