Our home is newly built with all the modern comforts. The available rooms are located upstairs, while we live downstairs. Shared spaces include the kitchen, laundry. The property is gated and fully fenced. There is ample off-street parking.

You will be sharing a large bathroom with up to two others. Rent $220 per week plus expenses. Expenses (power, water, internet, gas) are shared equally at the end of each month Bond: $750, available now.

We’re a professional couple in our thirties, living with our sociable and cuddly dog, Koda. We enjoy a quiet, laid-back lifestyle and are looking for housemates who appreciate the same but we enjoy a good yarn. (Definitely not a party house – we have early starts!).
