The place easily fits two people. Bond 4 weeks’ rent, and 2 weeks in advance. Honestly, one of the chillest studios you’ll find in the city. Also, if you search in Trade Me “15 Nelson Street”, you will find average rent around $500 without a car park at times. My apartment is at a discounted rent, because the place is always carried forward by references, and second, you will be taking over the lease from my bond period. This is a studio apartment, ideal for two people or one person, if you work in city and also like to work from home. Two person sharing the place will $200 pw, which is a pretty cheap except one has to get their own air bed or something like that. The people from whom I took over lease in my friend circle have an airbed because they were working alot in CBD and want to save in rent and food.
