Situated in Springfield, a very short walk to the Tree Trust and very short ride to the forest for mountain bikers.

The room in the photo will be empty and unfurnished. However, if you are needing a furnished room we can figure this out together.

Looking for someone who is in full time employment or studying. An overseas student would be great too as my house is so close to Toiohomai.

I’m a mum with an 8 year old son, and we only live here about 40% of the time as I also live in Tauranga and spend more time over there.

My flat mate is very easy going, works 5 days a week and keeps to herself a lot of the time, she is in her early twenties and very chilled.

I am a clean and tidy person, so looking for someone who is also the same. My home is very light and bright, we have a huge backyard with a tramp on a very quiet street.

This will become your home too, so full access to the kitchen, lounge etc. Internet and reasonable electricity included.

I have one friendly ginger cat, he enjoys sitting on your lap for cuddles and may greet you in the driveway when you arrive home once he gets to know you.
