About the room

Kia ora! We are currently in between flatmates so we are looking for a short or medium tenant or guest for this cosy fully-furnished room in our gorgeous, sunny Newmarket flat.

The room is available from 1st June. Extra $40 per week for expenses and $1000 bond.

The location is just unbeatable - our little Unit is situated in the city fringe of Newmarket, just up Remuera Rd. It has a bus stop right on your doorstep, it is a 7-min Walk to Westfield 277 and the Newmarket Train Station. A fast 8-min drive to the City (when there’s no traffic ofc lol).

We are on the fringe of Newmarket so you get the benefits of living in bustling Newmarket while being on the quieter end- we are surrounded by greenery and a 5 min walk to the beautiful Ohinerau Mt Hobson, which has some of the most underrated views of the the city.

Cost are: $280 per week + $40 expenses (covers Fiber Internet, Electricity, Water, Cleaning Supplies)

This unit featuers an open plan lounge with lots of natural light and the kitchen has been lovingly furnished with a fully stocked kitchen - Xiaomi Rice Cooker, Coffee Grinder, Air Fryer and all the cooking utensils you need.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean, respectful, tidy and who needs a little safe, cosy short-term space.
